This is an update to our Notice of Surcharge Update dated July 12, 2024, with regards to the application of Equipment Management Charge (EMC). Please kindly be advised that the following changes will be made.
1) The Surcharge shall be renamed to Local Other Fees (LOT).
2) Pay Term shall be applicable as Prepaid/Collect in Malaysia.
3) Effective start date shall be moved to September 28, 2024; Billing under EMC shall not commence.
4) The Surcharge is to cope with the increased Equipment Management complexity & cost in Malaysia.
The new level will be applicable as Prepaid/Collect on all outbound/inbound shipments in Malaysia across all trade lanes and services and will be valid till further notice.

This 3rd advisory informs you about the upcoming implementation of the European Union's Import Control System 2 (ICS2).  ICS2 requires advanced cargo information to be submitted electronically before goods enter the EU (including Norway, Northern Ireland, and Switzerland).

Starting from January 1st, 2024, maritime transportation industry has been included in the scope of European Union Emission Trading System (hereinafter referred to as “EU ETS”). In relation to the announcement made on December 1st, 2023, ONE has reviewed and updated the EU ETS tariff, which will come into effect from July 1st, 2024. This will apply to all existing contracts and new contracts that have commenced on and after January 1st, 2024. The tariff shall be reviewed every quarterly; however, this is subject to change with prior notification.

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is delighted to announce the launch of its new weekly services - “Gulf Asia Liner Express (GLX)”, “Central China Middle East Express (CMX)” & “South China Middle East Express (SMX)” – connecting East Asia and the Middle East.

​​We are pleased to announce the new BT2 and it is the enhanced coverage in Eastern Black Sea market to provide direct service from Istanbul, Turkey to Poti, Geogia and alternative option for Constanza, Romania in additional to current Black Sea Service (BTS).

offer customers an enhanced coverage in Europe (first time ONE in house feeder to Gavle, and
first time operated feeder to Rauma. Also double calling on Gydnia for transit time
optimization) to connect with our global network. We will offer a ​seamless service to serve
these areas starting from 20-Oct(ETA Antwerp).
